TLCFnd is a shareware program copyright 1992 by Software Engineering and 
Fabrication, E408 Silver Pines, Colbert, WA,  99005-9606.
The program includes:

6.  TLCFind.PRN -- documentation file 
7.  VBRun100.DLL -- Microsoft Run Time Library
   (Note: 6 and 7) are on disks set from Software Engineering and
   Fabrication after registration.  VBRun100.DLL is freely distributed
   and can be found on most bulletin boards.

This program may be used to search for files by name or by contents.  One
may search a list of directories for a list of file types.  Additionaly,
if desired on can search those files for a group of phrases.  The phrases 
may be connected by the logical  Or/And combinations.

For example: One could search all subdirectories on c:\ and directory
d:\Samples for any file with an extention of .txt or .doc or .MY? that
contained the phrase "Hello World" Or "Good bye"  and that also contained
"Blue bird" and "Paradise".  The resulting list of files would be displayed 
in a list box.  One could then elect to display the text of any of those
files; copy a portion or all to the clipboard and print the contents.

One could check all directories for a files named Test*.* (where *
will match any character(s).

To install the program, run SetUpFnd with three parametes. eg
                 SetUpFnd.BAT a: c:\utility c:\windows\system
The first parameter is the source directory.
The second paramter is the destination directory.
The third paramter is a directory that is always in the path.
Note: None of the directories include a trailing slash (\).

To Execute the program, run TLCFnd.exe.   Windows 3.0 or better operting
in STANDARD or ENHANCED mode is required.

This program will not work with Windows 1.X or 2.X or any operating in
real mode.
